• Analyze and provide legal advice to the Company, management and employees related to routine, moderately complex and complex legal matters presenting moderate levels of legal, business or financial risk • Provide day-to-day legal support for HR on matters such as hiring, employee relations, performance management, terminations, and workplace investigations • Draft, review, and update employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and codes of conduct • Advise on wage and hour compliance, leave laws, accommodations, and other workplace regulatory requirements • Partner with HR on employee training initiatives and organizational change projects • Manage employment-related disputes and oversee outside counsel as needed • Support the company’s compliance program, including policy development, risk assessments, training, and monitoring • Provide guidance on global data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA where applicable), including data subject rights, cross-border data transfers, and vendor contracts
