• Founding the Office: collaborate with legal and claims to establish and operationalize the new Texas staff counsel office, including developing processes, selecting and implementing technology, and aligning office objectives with the broader company strategy. • Independent Caseload Management: Handle all phases of litigation for assigned cases, from initial investigation to trial and post-trial activities. • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, workflow enhancements and efficient digital case management consistent with Next’s digital-first approach.
