Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field and 12+ years of hands on applicable work experience; OR an Advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field and 10+ years of hands on applicable work experience.
- 12+ years as an SAP Architect or similar with SAP module understanding.
- Strong understanding of Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and Aftermarket (AM) supply chain complexities, including multi-tier suppliers, global logistics, and inventory management.
- Hands on experience with SAP implementation, configuration, integration, S/4HANA, and relevant planning modules.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP PP, and familiarity with related modules such as SAP PPDS, MM, QM and PM.
- Knowledge in SAP MRP/Capacity Planning Processes, Inventory (IM), Warehouse Management (WM).
- Experience with implementing planning solutions in support of key aftermarket processes such as spare parts planning and forecasting, repair planning, inventory balancing, optimization and replenishment.
- Experience in master data, Bill of Materials, and Recipes/Routing, maintenance plans, in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of the different planning strategies for production (Made-to-order and made-to-stock).
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise strategies for diverse audiences.
- Experience in Finance (FI) integration as it relates to Production Planning.
- Hands on experience in configuring and supporting process design in leading advanced planning and forecasting solutions such as SAP IBP Demand, Response and Supply Planning, s4 PPDS, Production Planning/MRP, Kinaxis Rapid Response with strong understanding of the modules.
- Experience with industry standard ERP system implementations (waterfall and agile methodologies).
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business environments.
- Ability to lead technical teams or lead projects.
- U.S. citizenship is required, due to government contract requirements.
