Job Description

• Familiarizing yourself with customer environments, requirements, and milestones in order to help drive value • Building and maintaining professional relationships with decision-makers and owning the technical relationships with customers • Performing technical customer presentations and demos and also identifying true positive attacks and showcasing to customers • Serving as a product and application security SME supporting customers and communicating technical concepts with various audiences • Providing customer feedback to product management on enhancement requests, escalations, and bugs to support teams as needed • Explaining features and benefits to customers, while also providing updates on features, bug fixes, and product roadmaps

Job Requirements

Have at least 5 years of experience and Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, related field or equivalent.
Have security knowledge of API vulnerabilities and attacks, including OWASP Top 10 and OWASP API Top 10
Demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of cloud and cybersecurity solutions (specifically API security)
Understand Application Security Principles and how to apply them in the app development process
Have excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understanding and anticipating the customer's priorities
Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability of proactively identifying technical issues and driving solutions to technical problems
