• Serve as a strategic partner between business units and technology teams. • Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to identify, document, and implement operational improvements. • Analyze existing processes, evaluate proposed enhancements, and support automation initiatives. • Define business needs, document current processes, and identify areas for improvement. • Conduct impact analyses for proposed changes and document business functions. • Support the development of proposals for new systems or operational modifications. • Lead execution of approved solutions, monitor milestones, and facilitate training. • Document functional specifications and create standardized procedures. • Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and consultants. • Participate in user acceptance testing and validate new system functionality. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and staff. • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for assigned modules.
