Job Description

• Serve as product owner for the systems supporting Tradewater’s Supply team, managing configuration, enhancement requests, and user enablement. • Lead end-to-end project delivery—from requirements gathering and scoping through design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. • Support in the management and maintenance of the Supply systems backlog, collaborating with T&I leadership along with Supply leadership to align work with business priorities. • Document and standardize Supply processes, developing clear, up-to-date process maps that align with system functionality and governance standards. • Configure and optimize existing platforms, reducing reliance on customization and ensuring long-term sustainability. • Analyze and troubleshoot workflow gaps, process bottlenecks, and system integrations to identify and implement scalable improvements. • Champion continuous improvement, leveraging automation and low-code capabilities to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas and 5-7 years of hands-on work experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or product ownership roles supporting operational or supply teams.
Must have professional-level experience with these primary systems & tools, including configuration, workflow design and data management: Caspio (preferred), Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, SharePoint.
Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into actionable system specifications.
Technical proficiency in SQL and JavaScript, with hands-on experience building logic, queries, and troubleshooting system issues.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across departments and organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects independently, balancing multiple priorities and delivering measurable results.
Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to iteratively design, develop, and deliver system enhancements.
Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and support to team members, with potential to take on people management responsibilities as the role evolves.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
