• Maintain top 100: Regularly update and manage the top 100 target prospect companies and industries to focus our recruiting efforts effectively. • Categorize by company & industry: Systematically categorize potential clients by their company size and industry to tailor our approach and services. • Sign all Fee Agreements: Ensure that all fee agreements are signed promptly, securing our business terms and partnerships. • Handoff of account & Job Order: Efficiently hand off accounts and job orders after a fee agreement is signed or a new position is identified, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing client satisfaction. • Expansion opportunities: Work closely with Account Managers to identify and discuss expansion opportunities when fee agreements need to be reviewed or signed.
