• Lead and participate in Epic Optime & Anesthesia build, support, testing, and implementation efforts. • Prepare and execute functional system specifications using structured system-development methodologies. • Apply advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify issues, assess root causes, and implement high-quality solutions. • Conduct workflow analysis to ensure build decisions align with clinical standards, operational needs, and perioperative best practices. • Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leadership, and operational stakeholders to deliver optimized workflows and positive end-user outcomes. • Support planned upgrades, enhancements, quarterly releases, and major go-lives. • Participate in an on-call rotation to support mission-critical perioperative operations. • Develop strong cross-functional relationships across IT teams, operational leaders, and vendor partners.
