Job Description
• Review all types of condominium projects, including FHA HRAP, FHA single unit approval, and VA submissions
• Help to create process efficiencies
• Maintaining the condo project approval database
• Contributing to team meetings and other team work product
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years condominium project approval experience
- Ability to analyze documentation with attention to detail
- Understanding of condo project insurance requirements
- Thorough understanding of conventional condominium requirements, including litigation
- Thorough understanding of VA entire project requirements and submission process
- Proven ability to contribute to a condo project team at an enterprise level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and solution oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong client service focus and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and ability to multi-task
