• Lead the Clinical Platform product area, spanning provider tools, care coordination and documentation workflows. • Build and manage integrations with external product vendors (e.g., labs, diagnostic partners, pharmacy networks, and device data) to deliver seamless member and clinician experiences. • Partner with Clinical Leadership to digitize and operationalize care pathways- covering GLP-1, cardiometabolic, behavioral health and MASH protocols. • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted care, reducing clinician administrative time and increasing capacity per provider. • Define and own clinical efficiency metrics (time to consult, provider utilization, member satisfaction, outcomes). • Translate clinical strategy into clear, measurable product outcomes; communicate progress to executives and clients. • Build a small but high-performing team of PMs and partner cross-functionally with engineering, data and design.
