Job Description

• Execute product improvements that simplify the insurance shopping experience and increase consumer engagement. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and external partners to bring insurance products to life. • Provide recommendations to the insurance roadmap based on insights from user research, partner data, and competitive analysis. • Advocate for transparency and simplicity in all consumer-facing experiences. • Track and report on the performance of product changes, learning from outcomes to inform the next iteration.

Job Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in product management
2+ years of experience in insurance technology
Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes through execution of roadmap initiatives.
Experience working with partner integrations or third-party APIs.
Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, or Google Analytics), interpreting experiment results and using data to guide decision-making.
Utilize A/B testing and user research to drive data-driven product development.
Familiarity with user growth and engagement strategies leveraging mobile messaging channels.
Able to clearly articulate via written and verbal communication rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
