Job Description

• As an Immigration Staff Attorney, you’ll be part of our frontline legal team serving clients in some of the most vulnerable positions. • You’ll handle a full caseload, meet directly with clients, and work closely with paralegals, support staff, and community partners to deliver excellent legal service and compassionate care.

Job Requirements

Have 2+ years of attorney experience in reviewing immigration cases: T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS.
Have an active US Bar license. (If you do NOT have a license to work in the USA, please DO NOT APPLY).
Develop and execute legal strategies with empathy and precision.
Stay current with immigration law changes and contribute to internal training sessions to ensure ongoing compliance.
Participate in community outreach events, conducting legal consultations with potential clients.
A strong and demonstrated growth mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement, is necessary.
Creative problem-solving, flexibility, and an ability to prioritize are important.

Communicates effectively. Honesty, empathy & clarity are a must.
Bilingual (Spanish fluent or native/English).

Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.

Having a passion for furthering the rights of immigrants is essential.

Have powerful writing skills.
