• Solution design: Create and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and adhere to global and local regulations. Employ a consultative approach to identify business needs and align them with Notabene's solutions. (30%) • Support: Provide post-sales L2 technical support and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and API integration questions. Troubleshoot issues by using log management tools such as Datadog. (30%) • Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, regulatory and compliance, and customer success teams to ensure our platform empowers customers to meet regulatory requirements at scale. (15%) • Documentation: Help maintain outstanding technical documentation in Postman and Readme. (15%) • Build: Contribute to the development of exemplary proof of concepts to facilitate customer integration. Additionally, help create internal tools and data dashboards for our team. (10%)
