Job Description

• Process and administer all benefits programs and policies. • Coordinate annual benefit program renewal and open enrollment. • Process & administer leaves of absence (LOA). • Own the day-to-day administration of the company’s 401k plan. • Administer, create, promote, facilitate and support wellness campaigns. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and regulatory standards & laws. • Administer workers’ compensation and assist employees with filing claims. • Prepare monthly benefit reconciliation and identify opportunities for automation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 6 - 8 years experience in multi-state benefit plan design and administration.
  • Experience in promoting and facilitating a company wide Wellness Program.
  • Vendor and broker management experience.
  • Strong knowledge and practical applications of employee benefits and leave of absence laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly developed relationship-building skills and service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and Google Sheets and experience with HRIS and vendor platforms.
