Job Description

• Process and administer all benefits programs and policies. • Coordinate annual benefit program renewal and open enrollment. • Process & administer leaves of absence (LOA). • Own the day-to-day administration of the company’s 401k plan. • Administer, create, promote, facilitate and support wellness campaigns. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and regulatory standards & laws. • Administer workers’ compensation and assist employees with filing claims. • Prepare monthly benefit reconciliation and identify opportunities for automation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
6 - 8 years experience in multi-state benefit plan design and administration.
Experience in promoting and facilitating a company wide Wellness Program.
Vendor and broker management experience.
Strong knowledge and practical applications of employee benefits and leave of absence laws and regulations.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly developed relationship-building skills and service orientation.
Proficiency in Excel, and Google Sheets and experience with HRIS and vendor platforms.
