• Lead project management for implementation of system enhancements or conversions impacting core servicing operations. • Analyze and validate business requirements ensuring accurate translation of business needs into efficient system configuration or workflow design requests for vendor / IT execution. • Monitor vendor / IT performance to ensure timeliness and quality exceptions are met; escalate risks impacting servicing readiness. • Develop, make recommendation and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including rollout readiness plans and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule, assist with issue resolution, and post implementation support. • Facilitate reoccurring project and stakeholder meetings, driving accountability for task completion, schedule adherence and operational alignment. • Provide executive-level updates on implementation progress, risks and configuration or product gaps. • Ensure all impacted teams have well defined procedures, proper training materials, and completed user acceptance testing specific to new system capabilities.
