Job Description

• Own the roadmap for organic growth targeting top rankings on Google and AI platforms. • Partner with Development to implement advanced structured data and knowledge graphs. • Collaborate with Content and Product teams to structure information specifically to answer complex user prompts. • Orchestrate strategies to gain mentions on high-authority industry sites and review platforms. • Define and track success metrics beyond traditional clicks, focusing on citation frequency and high-intent traffic quality. • Act as the bridge between Product, Design, and Content to ensure a high-performing digital product that drives ROI.

Job Requirements

  • At least 7 years of strategic search experience in digital strategy, SEO, or content marketing
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in quantitative fields (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focus.
  • Deep understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems retrieve and cite information.
  • Proven ability to optimize content for 'Answer Engines' (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini).
  • Strong grasp of technical SEO, including structured data (Schema.org), knowledge graph construction, and semantic search principles.
  • Experience driving off-page visibility through digital PR, backlink strategies, and influence marketing.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product Marketers, Product Managers, Developers, and Designers.
  • Mastery of analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and ability to define and track new KPIs related to AI visibility.
  • Experience managing complex content ecosystems, ensuring content is evergreen, authoritative, and aligned with user intent at every stage of the funnel.
