Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a related role, ideally in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
