• Collaborate with business users, implementation teams, and technical resources to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to workflows in Helios®. • Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation, optimization, and standardization. • Design and document workflow solutions, business process maps, user stories and functional requirements aligned with Helios® capabilities. • Work closely with the configuration and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as designed. • Develop and maintain process flows, functional specifications, and gap analyses to support Helios® enhancements and implementations. • Facilitate requirements workshops, process design sessions, and workflow validation meetings with business and technical teams. • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect triaging, ensuring workflows meet business needs. • Support training materials and change management efforts related to new or modified workflows. • Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow functionality within Helios®, advising stakeholders on best practices and solution approaches.
