Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation design and administration, preferably in manufacturing or construction industry.
- Experience with various compensation plan structures (e.g., quota-based, commission-only, hybrid).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, compensation software, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales compensation best practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
