Job Description

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis functions • Develop annual budgets and financial plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals • Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports and variance analyses • Identify financial performance drivers and develop actionable insights • Support executive leadership with ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling • Collaborate with business unit leaders to evaluate initiatives • Manage FP&A systems and tools • Drive continuous improvement of financial systems

Job Requirements

BA or BS in Accounting or Business Administration; MBA, CPA, or FHFMA preferred
7+ years of directly related experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities
Experience with Managed Care insurance offerings
Expertise in financial analysis of healthcare and/or insurance industry
Experience managing and optimizing the organization’s FP&A technology stack, including Oracle Cloud ERP
Demonstrated proficiency retrieving and manipulating large data sets (SQL)
Ability to translate strategic and organizational objectives into financial needs
Proven track record of managing projects, initiatives, and accountabilities within a team
Knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting helpful
