Job Description

• Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and digital assets for various projects, including social media, email campaigns, marketing materials, and websites. • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across different platforms and media. • Work closely with our Senior Designers, Creative Director, and other team members to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and refine designs. • Assist in the creation and execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. • Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to improve and refine designs. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Job Requirements

Professional training, either a pre-professional design program, Bachelor’s degree, or other certificate program.
1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, including internships or freelance work.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) Figma, Canva, and other design software.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
