Job Description
• Build across the stack fun product experiences across notifications, email and inbox for hundreds of millions of users
• Collaborate with a talented team of engineers within your direct team and across the company, also work with XFN partners in Product, Data Science, Machine Learning and Design
• Mentor and coach other engineers
• Contribute to both our product and technical strategy
Job Requirements
- 8+ years software engineering experience, with experience in working cross-functionally to lead projects from start to finish with end user impact.
- Experience primarily using golang, python in the backend stack; typescript on web
- Roughly equal experience both on: a web platform and a distributed backend service stack
- Experience with GraphQL, gRPC and the ability to design and implement robust APIs
- Past track record of Quality, including enabling a testing culture, structurally improving the resiliency of systems, and performance tuning of database queries
- Collaboration skills: You work well with a team, but also help level-up those around you.
