• Lead and grow the mobile engineering team - setting the technical bar for code quality, architecture, and mobile performance. • Own the mobile architecture across Android, iOS, and WebAssembly builds, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability. • Implement disciplined release practices through deep integration of feature flagging (LaunchDarkly), staged rollouts, and A/B testing. • Champion an experimentation-driven culture, building robust instrumentation pipelines to measure feature impact and user behavior. • Define and enforce mobile-backend boundaries, ensuring that Hasura and database schemas remain stable and purposeful while mobile evolves rapidly. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Design to create healthy push-pull dynamics that drive clarity, focus, and achievable timelines. • Set high standards for velocity with discipline, leading by example in balancing agility, stability, and architectural integrity. • Mentor engineers on mobile best practices, code reviews, and architectural decision-making. • Shape the evolution of WISEcode’s mobile platform as we gradually introduce a .NET-based service layer for richer, purpose-built APIs.
