Job Description

• In this role, you’ll be the face of Solenis in your territory—growing our municipal market footprint and strengthening our brand through strategic, value-driven selling. • Grow market presence within your assigned region across municipal markets. • Identify and develop new customer relationships uncovering opportunities that expand our reach. • Own and manage a diverse book of business from small accounts to larger, established customers. • Build and execute annual business development and sales plans aimed at hitting ambitious, achievable growth targets. • Collaborate closely with the extended commercial team (Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, Applications) to understand market needs and drive differentiation. • Sell new programs and applications, presenting clear ROI and value delivery. • Maintain a healthy, accurate sales funnel in SFDC, ensuring profitability through effective pricing, pump settings, and AR management. • Champion safety by reviewing customer applications and ensuring processes meet Solenis standards. • Foster strong relationships and deliver excellent service that results in high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant sales or industry experience (Industrial Water Treatment or Pulp & Paper experience is a plus).
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • A hunter mentality, strong territory management skills, and the drive to win competitive business.
  • Proven ability to build trust, communicate value, and deliver results.
  • A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
