• Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure the portfolio is consistently focused on high-value initiatives that directly support GET’s fiscal year strategy • Facilitate the process to sequence and stagger programs, balancing demand against available capacity across critical resource pools • Proactively and dynamically rebalance the portfolio based on delays, changes, and new discoveries to maintain overall strategic flow and meet launch targets • Proactively identify, visualize, and manage inter-program dependencies to mitigate integration risks and inform sequencing decisions • Consciously adjust program timelines (e.g., UAT entry, launch dates) to avoid peak bandwidth conflicts across all stakeholders • Act as the practical mandate that controls the overall WIP across the organization • Own and maintain the enterprise-level portfolio roadmap, providing a single, authoritative source of truth for all major program timelines and their capacity-driven sequencing • Facilitate portfolio governance meetings and provide necessary insights to drive decision-making around priority shifts, resource allocation, and risk resolution • Establish and reports on the overall strategic health and focus of the portfolio to executive stakeholders, emphasizing alignment and resource utilization • Provides leadership and mentorship to direct reports (e.g., Portfolio Analysts) and champions change while identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation across the portfolio management system
