• Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, account growth and long-term strategic alignment • Oversee end-to-end execution of Workiva implementation projects, ensuring alignment with design, scope and quality standards • Manage and mentor a team of consultants, including offshore resources, across 10-15 concurrent projects per quarter. • Collaborate with Workiva Services Engagement Managers to translate strategic business needs into executable technical solutions and scalable architectures. • Guide solution design and ensure optimal use of Workiva functionalities to automate and streamline client processes. • Identify and mitigate implementation risks • Monitor project profitability and resource utilization to meet financial targets. • Support revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning for the Workiva implementation practice • Lead pre-sales activities including client discovery sessions, proposal development, and scoping of implementation efforts. • Partner with Workiva sales teams to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships. • Contribute to the evolution of Citrin Cooperman’s Workiva service offerings, including methodology development, accelerators, and reusable assets. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, advocating for best practices in platform integration and reporting automation. • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives to grow the Workiva Services team, with a focus on Connected Reporting capabilities. • Develop and implement training programs to accelerate team readiness and delivery excellence. • Lead the evolution of our offshore delivery model and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with other Citrin Cooperman practices to deliver integrated solutions that span finance, risk and technology.
