• Sells insurance products to prospective member/clients by making and receiving telephone calls • Prospects and produces new life, health, disability, dental and other product lines offered to Affinity Group Associations • Responsible for meeting individual sales and quality of business targets • Reviews and analyzes sales reports and other data to monitor progress towards stated goals • Utilizes marketing campaigns, advertising, and other marketing methods to meet monthly and annual sales goals • Calculates and presents quotes, writes insurance applications, follows up regarding pending or incomplete transactions as needed • Document sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Responds to member/client inquiries and resolves problems professionally, accurately and on a timely basis
