• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with our customers; • Create and execute success plans with our customers and measure periodic progress to goals; • Drive post-implementation adoption of the Turvo product with customers; • Coordinate with support, delivery, and documentation teams to ensure customer needs are met by appropriate stakeholders; • Participate in product roadmap and innovation discussions with customers working closely with product management, solution architects, and engineers for product feedback and requirements gathering.
