• Drive the product vision, product strategy and roadmap for Spotify’s AI Safety Platform. • Partner with engineering, research and policy teams to build the systems that support evaluation, classification, and policy alignment for AI applications. • Define and scale multimodal safety capabilities across audio, video, and conversational interfaces. • Collaborate with internal customer teams to understand their needs and develop centralized guardrails for AI safety, while enabling flexibility for innovation. • Build robust, data-driven feedback loops that continuously improve Spotify’s safety models and infrastructure. • Translate highly technical capabilities into clear business value and roadmaps. • Cultivate a culture of innovation and learning within your teams. • Champion responsible AI practices across the company.
