• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics, reporting, and personalization features. • Develop and optimize data models and warehousing solutions using Postgres, Snowflake, and modern data lake architectures. • Build scalable and secure data infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services like S3, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, ECS, and Matillion. • Collaborate with engineers to instrument event tracking and data flows from our web applications. • Partner with business and analytics stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems. • Improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code setups (Terraform, CloudFormation) for data systems. • Contribute to data governance, observability, and monitoring strategies to maintain high availability and accuracy. • Mentor junior engineers and influence the technical direction of Addition Wealth’s data strategy.
