Job Description
• Create, test, and scale playbooks that help align partner goals with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula
• Expand footprint with key national accounts
• Drive business growth for mental healthcare
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of related healthcare sales experience
- 5+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development, with a track record of top 25% performance
- 3+ years working with enterprise clients (3,000+ employees)
- Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial
- Experience selling into HR, health plans, broker/consulting firms and/or other adjacent industries, including selling to executive decision makers
- 1+ years experience at a high-growth start-up
- Experience with a CRM (eg: Salesforce) systems and understands how to manage a sales pipeline and forecasting
- Experience with full sales cycle (eg: prospecting, sales and account management
- Experience selling multi-stakeholder deals
- Marketplace experience
