• Develop new business with existing clients & build new relationships to meet sales quotas • Pitch content partnership for both long form & short form formats to new & existing brands • Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the team. • Manage and grow the existing sales team and support the account management team in ensuring all deliverables are communicated by the client is delivered in a timely manner • Preparation of client presentations, Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
