• Manage day-to-day execution of NetSuite implementation projects • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies • Track risks, issues, scope changes, and action items • Ensure tasks are completed in the correct order and on schedule • Take solution direction from the NetSuite Implementation Consultant • Turn system decisions into clear project tasks and timelines • Coordinate requirements sessions, testing cycles, and go-live activities • Support UAT, data migration coordination, and cutover planning • Work in an MSP or consulting environment supporting multiple clients • Coordinate between internal technical teams and client-side stakeholders • Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams • Maintain professional, clear communication with clients at all levels • Understand how NetSuite fits into broader IT environments
