Job Description

• Lead the design vision for the full credits usage experience • Prototype early and often to explore ideas before they’re built • Weave cohesive experiences across product surfaces, partnering closely across groups • Apply deep systems thinking, consistency, scalability, and usability • Drive product strategy through journey mapping and service blueprints • Mentor designers across the organization to elevate craft • Measure design impact through metrics tied to usage and revenue • Advocate for both users and builders of HubSpot credits

Job Requirements

Experience designing complex SaaS or platform experiences, particularly in monetization or financial systems
Led end-to-end experiences that cross multiple surfaces or product areas
Expert in AI-first and interactive prototyping (Figma, Lovable, or code-based tools)
Systems thinker who simplifies complex architectures into clear, connected experiences
Thrive in ambiguous, cross-functional environments, independently setting direction
Enterprise and consumer grade design experience around billing and payments systems
Strong product sense influencing adoption, retention, and long-term ecosystem health
Curiosity about AI and automation in software purchasing
