Job Description

• Support the development and execution of operational and business unit strategic plans • Instill best in class policies, procedures, and plans for designated priority areas • Manage strategic programs and projects and deliver on key initiatives for the Aetna COO and senior leadership team • Collaborate closely with colleagues from across all lines of business, operational areas, and shared services teams • Act as a top-level specialist in project management, providing guidance and mentorship to support successful project execution • Approve project plans, budgets, and resource allocations

Job Requirements

7+ years of work experience in health care, insurance or related field
5+ years of experience in strategic program/project management
Proven ability to develop executive‑ready PowerPoint decks that distill complex information into clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations
Demonstrated strength in relationship management and cross‑functional collaboration to drive alignment and achieve organizational objectives
