Job Description

• Play a critical role in driving operational excellence and enabling strategic initiatives across the organization. • Manage high-impact, cross-functional projects in partnership with executive leadership. • Connect key stakeholders and ensure seamless execution of business priorities. • Serve as the primary owner for key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies. • Act as a connector across teams to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and decision-making. • Design and develop high-quality slide decks and materials for executive-level presentations.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in business operations, program/project management, or related roles.
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience creating executive-level materials.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Exceptional organizational and facilitation skills with a focus on driving results.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).
Familiarity with change management and organizational development practices.
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
MBA, master's level education preferred.
BA in Business, Healthcare or related field.
