Job Description

• Play a critical role in driving operational excellence and enabling strategic initiatives across the organization. • Manage high-impact, cross-functional projects in partnership with executive leadership. • Connect key stakeholders and ensure seamless execution of business priorities. • Serve as the primary owner for key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies. • Act as a connector across teams to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and decision-making. • Design and develop high-quality slide decks and materials for executive-level presentations.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, program/project management, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience creating executive-level materials.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and facilitation skills with a focus on driving results.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with change management and organizational development practices.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • MBA, master's level education preferred.
  • BA in Business, Healthcare or related field.
