Job Description

• Establish TrueAero as an approved supplier for selected accounts. • Provide guidance and mentorship to Sales team. • Work cross-functionally with the Leasing team. • Generate new opportunities for the purchase of assets, driving the process of modelling & bidding. • Ensure inventory sales are aligned with market value. • Attend industry conferences and networking events. • Maintain high energy, positive attitude, and great sense of humor. • Other tasks and projects as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, aviation, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial aviation.
  • Proven sales and business development experience, driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate).
