• Define and execute brand identity systems across client and in-house projects • Partner with founders, strategists, and researchers to shape positioning and narrative • Lead creative strategy: naming, voice, positioning, tone, and visual narrative • Direct and execute across key touchpoints; digital, motion, print, and social • Guide and mentor other designers, maintaining coherence across work-streams • Present and defend creative work with clarity and strategic grounding.
