Job Description

• Design project scope, goals, and approach • Develop and maintain detailed project plans in Asana • Communicate risks to project leads • Lead planning and execution of action research activities • Manage project budgets and invoicing with Finance team • Plan logistics for events and meetings • Facilitate communication between project team and partners

Job Requirements

3-5 years of project management experience
Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
Experience in literacy, mathematics, and nonprofit program design preferred
Proficient in Asana as a project management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
High level of initiative, critical thinking, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Belief in equitable design practices in education
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
