• Build and lead the new Overhead Door & Dock Leveler division from inception to profitability. • Hire, train, and manage account/service coordinators and support staff, as well as technicians and field managers (employees or vendors). • Establish vendor relationships, equipment sourcing, and standard operating procedures. • Drive business development through existing relationships, targeted outreach, cross-sell/up-sell of company customer base, and partnerships. • Ensure operational excellence, safety, quality, and compliance across all projects. • Manage financial performance to achieve a positive ROI within 18 months. • Collaborate with leadership to integrate systems into existing company operations.
