Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and dependable communication skills
- Candidate-obsessed with a focus on a smooth candidate experience
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Ashby
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams
- Growth-minded and open to feedback.
