Job Description
• Manage financial reporting functions across all CIRE funds.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external auditors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing, with a substantial portion of that experience in the real estate or REIT industry.
- Experience managing and leading financial reporting teams.
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
