• Analyze core products and services to provide counsel on data privacy and security requirements. • Develop privacy critical aspects for new business lines. • Work closely with Information Security, Compliance, Risk Management, HR, and Marketing teams to embed privacy considerations into all aspects of the business. • Lead the legal response to data security incidents and breaches, including managing external counsel, conducting internal investigations, assessing legal obligations, and managing regulatory and consumer notifications. • Develop and deliver mandatory privacy and security training and awareness programs to employees across the organization.
