Job Description
• Take responsibility for our monorepo and the 'path to production' for over 50 engineers
• Own and deliver projects from start to finish
• Drive excellence in testing and improve our views into test coverage
• Support our multi-region and multi-cloud backend infrastructure
• Catch and respond to issues quickly before they reach production
Job Requirements
- Experience improving productivity of a 40+ person development team
- Strong development fundamentals and ability to drive framework-level improvements
- Familiarity with build/test/deploy processes and developer-productivity principles
- Ability to dive into feature code, including complicated backend code
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
