• Own the roadmap for underwriting tax credit transactions on the Crux platform • Work directly with customers, partners, and customer-facing teams to develop a vision and strategy • Quickly iterate with stakeholders to improve features in market • Partner with engineering & design for implementation • Deeply understand customers and market to build purpose-built features • Define & implement metrics to assess feature effectiveness • Actively participate in improving Crux for customers and team
