Job Description
• Lead and develop a team of Estimators and Cost Managers
• Manage service delivery for a large-scale Semiconductor construction project
• Ensure service excellence and continued growth
• Lead communications with the client and oversight of cost management team services
• Produce thought leadership reports
• Develop priority plans including risk mitigation and performance measurements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- 12+ years of relevant Estimating and construction project cost management or quantity surveying experience
- 2+ years managing high performing cost management teams in a consulting environment
- Proven track record of managing successful cost management service delivery for clients
- Exceptional Business development acumen
