Job Description
• Conduct and complete documentation for CANS/ANSAs, Psychosocial Evaluations, and Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
• Upload documentation in TheraNest within required timeframes
• Participate in case reviews, team collaboration, and supervision if applicable
• Attend required agency training to remain in compliance with licensure requirements
Job Requirements
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Experience conducting assessments and evaluations
- Knowledge of clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Ability to respond to client and staff communications in a timely manner
