Job Description

• Teach a minimum of 24 credits per year • Assist the Program Director with the operation of the M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program • Engage in research/scholarly/continuing education activity • Organize practicum and internship manual, course development, site placements • Provide updates to the Program Director and Clinical Education Coordinator on student progress • Assist with student recruitment activities and advising

Job Requirements

Doctoral degree in counselor education, preferably from CACREP accredited program
Licensed as LMHC or license eligible
Competency in Blackboard, Zoom, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Six years of full-time faculty experience for Associate Professor status
Evidence of effective teaching performance in various modalities (online synchronous, online asynchronous, and blended learning)
Prior or current clinical experience in clinical mental health counseling practice
Established experience in research and grant writing
Credential of Approved Clinical Supervisor by CCE or eligible in the future
