Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications, enhancements, and new platform capabilities • Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs that align with business objectives and comply with standards • Ensure development activities are aligned with project scope, schedule, priority, and business objectives • Oversee code development and manage unit and performance testing activities • Manage the development lifecycle from analysis and design through configuration, coding, testing, and deployment, adhering to SDLC processes (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.) • Perform system integration testing, performance testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions perform as expected • Identify and resolve system bugs and defects, ensuring optimal performance

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience developing Salesforce applications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
Must be open to working in a pair programming environment
Required experience with web service integrations, including both API client and API service endpoint work
Proficient in SOQL, Apex, and VisualForce
5+ years of experience developing with Lightning frameworks (Aura and LWC)
5+ years of experience designing and building applications using object-oriented languages
5+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL) and writing queries
Financial Service Cloud or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) experience is a plus
Salesforce Certified Platform Developers preferred
5+ years of experience working within a professional Software Development Life Cycle methodology (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
Exceptional debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a proven ability to design and build technical solutions
Experience working within large cross-functional teams and collaborating with various business and technical stakeholders.
Strong experience with git or other versioning control systems.
