Job Description
• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients (no cold calling; leads come to us)
• Close the sale of legal services with confidence, compassion, and a focus on value
• Guide people through our intake and service options with clarity and courage
• Follow up with warm leads and track client engagement using CRM tools
• Support the smooth transition of clients from intake to legal services
• Maintain excellent communication with potential clients, referral partners, and the legal team
Job Requirements
- Proven success in sales (legal experience not required—we’ll train you on the law)
- Ability to sell high-dollar services by focusing on value and life transformation
- Professional polish with the grit and drive of someone who’s overcome obstacles
- Comfort using tech (Windows, CRM tools, Zoom, Clio Grow/Manage, etc.)
- Willingness to treat a Friday 4:30pm call with the same care as Monday morning
- A team-player mindset—no lone wolves, clock-watchers, or complainers
